Starved Rock SP, IL

This is a great place to stay to hike trails. Unfortunately, we didn't have time, so none of these photos are mine..I shared them to show the nice trails. It was humid so the AC was nice to have.
We don't like road noise, we like quiet and streams and birds, so we are willing to drive a few miles to get away from highways. We usually look for shade and reasonable prices, like National Parks, State Parks, Country Parks. Dispersed (boondocking), etc.Læs mere
