Today we said goodbye to our lovely little house in Hobart and started our drive to Cradle Mountain. We decided to take a bit of a longer route - up the east coast so that we could visit Kate's Berry Farm to sample the usual Humbleberry pie. Then we drove inland towards Christmas Hills Raspberry Farm to pick up the chocolate coated raspberries.
We made it to Cradle Mountain in the afternoon. We drove out to Dove Lake intending to have out dinner however there wasn't any place to sit and eat.
We watch the sun set and the different colours on the mountain. It was such a clear evening. We drove back to Ronny Creek to try and have dinner at the picnic benches there but it was too cold so we decided to go back to our warm cabin instead.Meer informatie
