Launceston and Cataract Gorge

Savouring Tassie culinary magic at Stillwater, we said goodbye to our wonderful travel buddies, Siong and Kirk. The next morning , Cataract Gorge was hands down the best city side hike we've ever done. Huge Kudos to Launceston's founders for preserving this natural gem for generations to enjoy.
