Had a near sleepless night of heavy rain, lightening and thunder. 😵

We spent the afternoon in New Iberia where we toured Shadows on the Tesch

and The Bayou Tesch Museum

Took a walk down Main Street then headed to
Duffy's Diner where we had some of the best made to order fried chicken ever and some tasty shrimp stew.
We ended our day at the Konriko Company Store where we stocked up on Cajun seasonings and rice. http://www.conradricemill.com/
