Though we've visited the DFW area three times we've never actually done any sightseeing in Dallas so today we headed into town, which was an adventure in itself. Thank goodness for Google Maps! Wanting to avoid traffic and crowds we began our adventure at 7:15. First stop was breakfast at the Maple Leaf Diner, delicious and worth the drive. http://www.mldiner.com/news.html Next stop was a tour of the George W. Bush Presidential Library. Very impressive, informative and moving. https://www.georgewbushlibrary.smu.edu/ We finished our day with a walk around the Dallas Arts District including Klyde Warren Park.
