We started off last month harvesting and freezing 35 lbs of blueberries and about 20 lbs of blackberries.
I dined twice with Jan and Terri. We celebrated Kelsie and Kelly's birthdays. Visited the Japanese American Museum of Oregon with the kids and Uncle Kay. https://jamo.org
Hosted Christmas in August at Sally and Dave's beautiful home located on the Columbia River. Had lunch and a nice visit with cousin Sharon. Out to lunch with Leslie, Angie and Jim. Enjoyed an excellent production of Man of La Mancha performed by the Clackamas Repertory Theatre, with my MIL, Sharon. https://www.clackamasrep.org/
Strolled the Gresham Farmer's Market and Japanese Garden.
All in all a great month, spending quality time with family and friends, reading all of Elizabeth Strout's novels and doing our best to keep cool.
Tomorrow we head to the North Oregon Coast for a 10 night stay in Seaside.Weiterlesen
