Its all about the photo

I head for breakfast to a restaurant about 10 minutes walk from the hostel its right on the beach and love the sound of the sea as I sit and eat breakfast. In the afternoon me Kate Clare and the boys get a taxi to Than Sadet waterfall. We literally have to climb up the waterfall and wearing flip-flops probably isn't the best attire. About half way up I decide to take a seat on a rock and Kate leaves her shoes. As I'm sitting with my feet in the running water a guy asks me to move so he can take a photo I'm really annoyed there are so many photos that can be taken without me having to move. The crew rejoin me apart from Kate and one of the guys so we decide to meet them at the beach and send them a text to let them know where we have gone. When they arrive later Kate hasn't been able to find her shoes and has to borrow a pair of flip-flops from the shop. As we sit on another beautiful beach the biggest black pig comes out and just lies on the beach. It is the most surreal thing. I never stop being shocked by the things I see here yesterday it was a monkey sitting on a girls head as she rode her motorbike. As we arrive back the girls are all dressed ready to go to The Amsterdam bar for the sunset. Within 10 minutes I'm ready and join them to have my final sundowners before they leave the island. The views at the bar are jaw dropping but it's absolutely packed and once again its all about the photos, the sad part is there's no respect for anyone else as people stand in front and over people trying to get the perfect insta photo. After the sun has gone down Brad appears and after finishing my Leo I walk down to get a taxi. The taxi driver says I need to wait for other customers but that could be hours so I barter and get a price I'm happy with and join tge guys in the whisky bar . The game kicks off at 10 and I'm happily watching it when they say they are closing just after half time. A quick dash back in the taxi and I'm able to stream the rest of the game. What a result, I go to bed a happy girl.Leia mais
