Derwent Bridge

We continued on our way to Derwent Bridge and it started to rain, except it was strange looking rain. Then we realised it was snowing! We were so excited and videoed every flake. By the time we got to our accommodation there was cover on the ground and the temperature had dipped to 3 degrees, so the excitement was wearing off. I was so glad I packed lots of tshirts and thin jeans. Opened the door to our cabin to see a wood fire burning away. I could have cried with joy.
