Boat trip going back in time

Budi and Fikri (the project organiser) hired a car to take us up to Rammang Rammang, a region in the Bantimurung- Bulusaraung National Park.
This area can only be accessed by small boats. This keeps tourist numbers down and reduces the impact on the region. It felt like going back in time to when river travel was the only way to get places. There are still villages within the park with houses dotted along the river bank.Leggi altro
