Alaska Bound

Travel day to Alaska - Montreal to Vancouver to Anchorage. The approach was stunning by air. Beautiful snowy mountains were in abundance. I am already asking myself if I should have packed warmer gear? We met Roni, a fellow traveller in the hotel lobby who invited us to join her for dinner at the rooftop 49th State Brewery where we ate a very juicy, delicious Yak burger, and the treated ourselves to ice cream at Wild Scoops. Featured flavour was fireweed. When in Alaska, try typical Alaskan food!
