Hiroshima Peace Memorial Park & Museum

This morning we visited the Hiroshima Peace Memorial Park and Museum which was built in 1995. It is a stunning place dedicated to documenting the atomic bombing of Hiroshima in World War II. It promotes peace and understanding, and is a true testament to the horrors of nuclear war and war itself. The experience was moving beyond words.
