Straya!Some bower birds. The males make an elaborate nest and collect white things to impress the ladies1The amazing tale of the first settlers in the area who walked 7,000 cattle from NSW!

    Lake Argyle

    Lake Argyle was our first location after crossing the border into Western Australia!

    It's a huge man-made lake with a fascinating history. It has as much water as 21 Sydney Harbours! It’s the size of Switzerland

    We stayed at a park overlooking it and went on a boat tour which provided much information and some views of cute animals.    Read more
