El Questro Station

This working cattle station on a million acres is fabulous. Lots of gorges, walks, and springs to explore including Emma Gorge and Zebedee springs. The station also has a restaurant and little bar area with live music.
It’s a little unknown where the name came from but it apparently translates to “big hills” and the first lease holder apparently liked American Wild West stories so it is thought that may have influenced the choice of name.Read more
