    Dampier Peninsula

    September 24, 2023 in Australia ⋅ ⛅ 31 °C

We took a day tour of the Dampier Peninsula.

We saw an inidigenous community with a quirky church with an alter covered in mother of pearl. We also stopped at a local aquatic research centre which had been transformed into an exhibition of local sea creatures.

And finally, we visited a pearl farm, and Fiona extracted a pearl!
