• SAILING CROATIAN ISLANDS

    Oct 3–10 in Croatia ☀️ 24 °C

Sailing the Adriatic from Dubrovnik to Trogir aboard Mama Marija II
is a great way to experience Croatia’s coastline from the water. Each morning waking up to calm blue seas, anchoring in hidden coves for swim stops right off the back platform, and enjoying delicious, fresh local cuisine prepared on board.
Highlight stops along the route included:
Unwinding in the quiet coastal bay of Slano.
Hiring a push bike and exploring the forests and salt lakes of Mljet National Park where we waved a red flag for the cafe to come collect us by boat for a coffee, and enjoyed a wonderful drift swim in the crystal clear water.
Wandering through Marco Polo’s birthplace in historic Korčula.
Taking in the rugged beauty and pristine waters of Vis.
Exploring the lively atmosphere of the island of Hvar.
Sipping an Aperol or 2 while watching the slow pace and traditional charm of Milna on Brac.
A morning of getting amongst the crowds and discovering the beautiful historic town of Split with its many layers of history. Also hunting down a very insta gram famous ice cream shop.
And our final overnight in Trogir.
    Next stop Istanbul!
