I met a couple who got stranded on the wrong side of that freight train at Minot and they confirmed that they were quite worried for those 5 minutes. I'm glad I was on the station side of that train and not the town side.

This train in particular I have just met very nice people at all the meals. That wasn't exactly my experience on the Southwest Chief, but I guess it is just the luck of the draw.Read more
