Gin Distilling

In the afternoon, Stuart, Doug, Russell and I drove off to Torquay to do a Gin Distilling Experience.  We had two stills between the four of us and we got to design our own recipe.  We had a lot of fun and came how with four little bottles of gin.  

The place was a wine shop, with the gin experience set up in a back room. So Russell and Doug found some nice wines to buy as well.Read more
