Gnaraloo - Three Mile Camp

We made the decision to drag the vans out to Gnaraloo Station, 77kms and 3.5 hours later we made it!

We went to check in and suss out our sites, we knew we were in the overflow but once we saw it we were mortified. We had been told it was nice and spacious but it was a hot jam packed dust bowl! I was ready to turn around and drive the 3.5 hours back out 😂. Lucky we were able to pick up some beach front sites for a few nights instead, so we took those. We might have to do some site hoping, but it will be worth it to stay out of that dust bowl overflow they call ‘The Ridge’.

The weather took a turn the night we arrived and it poured most of the following day, but we had blowholes right at the back of the caravan, they were awesome!Leia mais
