Middle Lagoon - The Dampier

I said to Brett, “this time we are actually going to leave Middle Lagoon and explore more of The Dampier Peninsula”. So today, as it was so windy at camp, we made our way up to Cygnet Bay Pearl Farm for some lunch. After lunch, we checked up Gumbanan Wilderness Retreat, where Brett and Joel did their good deed for the day and helped an old couple get their motor home out of a tricky situation.

When we returned home we wondered why our two vans were the only ones left on the cliff. When I opened the van door I discovered why 😳! The wind must have gotten drastically worse over the day and we had left 2 windows open, every inch of the van was coated in red dirt! Not what I wanted to come home too.Leia mais
