South Lefroy - The Ninagloo

It was a bit windy and chilly today.

The boys still got out in the boat and brought back a tuna, it was only a 3 star fish so Kat and I were not overly impressed 😕. Brett said he would cover it in salt, pepper, olive oil and then cook it on the BBQ and insisted it would be really nice, and it actually was! It was a different texture, it was very much like chicken.

In the afternoon we headed out to the Norwegian Bay Whaling Station Ruins and checked them out.

On the way back we stopped at the water wells to get some more water, when we first arrived at camp the caretaker told us about these water wells in the sand dunes. They were only 2kms from our camp and meant that we were able to get water as often as we needed and shower as often as we liked 😂😂.Read more
