Cape Le Grand - Frenchmans Peak

Frenchman’s Peak is a 3km return hike to the summit of a rock mountain. The first part of the walk was along a path surrounded by beautiful wild flowers. Then it turned to a vertical climb to the summit.

It was worth the leg burn, there were so many beautiful spots to explore once you reached the top.

On the very tip top of the summit, we had to be sure to hold onto our hats, as the wind was strong.

The kids thought the climb down was harder than the climb up, making sure they went slow and didn’t slip.Read more
