Archer River Free Camp

What a ripper of a spot, right on the river. We planned on pulling in for a quick over nighter and we ended up staying for 5 😂.

As we had such good luck fossicking we ducked back out for another go, finding another handful of good sized Topaz.

After a huge day of sieving, we were filthy, so we dropped in for a hot bath at Innox Hot Spring River. I have never felt so relaxed and clean.

We swam in the river rapids, at the camp, it was a bit chilly so we chucked our wetties on. Everyone had boards to protect them, I on the other hand have a huge bruise on my butt where I hit the biggest rock in the river.

We visited Millstream Falls, the largest curtain water fall in Australia. We went prepared for a swim, then we discovered it is just a look out 🙃. Still it was very impressive.

And we spent time relaxing, doing school work, reading, playing IPads and watching movies. It was a great week, it was very hard to leave.En savoir plus
