Fraser Island - last day

Took the inland road to check out the lakes, saw the sand blow and Lake Wabby. The sand dune had significantly shrunk and the water was brown, so we moved onto Lake Mackenzie. We didn’t make it to any other lakes as Lake Mackenzie was bliss! Spent hours floating in the water while the kids played 👌.

Then, it was time to get the ferry back to the main land, wash the cars, have showers and hit up the local Chinese restaurant for dinner. Let’s just say our eyes were bigger than our bellies.Read more
