Uncle Dan’s Happy Place

We were so ready to stretch our legs after almost two week’s of Covid. Shaun and I spent two hot long days rebuilding the Hulk trailer, so it only seemed fare that we spend two hot days soaking up the sun in the boat and where better to do it than Uncle Dans happy place on the Myall Lakes.
We threw the camping gear in the boat and headed up to find uncle Dan and Jodi. When we arrived the weather was hot and the water very warm. The beautiful sandy bay was protected from the wind so the days were spent swimming, skiing and feeling free again. We camped in the reeds and watched the stars through the top of the tent as we fell asleep, it was great!
We stayed at arms length from the mother ship airing on the side of caution, but it was so great to catch up with Dan, Jodi, Leigh, Tara, and Jackson.Read more
