That’s How You Do It! Barra Fishing

After a couple of hours sleep Shaun was up and pumped for fishing.
We left the pontoon and sailed 200 meters upstream to a beautiful snag with very thick timber. It was like taking someone on a black run for their first ever snowboard lesson, it was a steep learning curve but Shaun loves a challenge. We trolled through and I demonstrated the technique perfectly resulting in a nice hit. Now it was Shauns turn, we dropped both lures in and entered the target zone. Half way through we got snagged, I said not to worry, it means we were in the zone. We freed the lines and went again. Boom! I was on and it was a river monster that gave a great fight. We landed the 89cm beauty and after the release I said to Shaun “that’s how you do it” 😂Weiterlesen
