Babinda, Last Days 😢

It getting real, our time at Babinda is almost up, but the adventures have not stopped.

Lots of mixed emotions, Brett and I are spending more time checking out local real estate, the kids keep asking to stay, Lachlan asked why we had to go back to the coast to work and get money and why we just couldn’t work here??! We all love our life at Babinda.

The kids confidence has soared, they have learnt an abundance of skills including driving numerous vehicles.

Watching Lachie grab the excavator, start it, drive it down the drive way, fill the bucket with wood, reverse back up the drive way, take wood to destination, tip it out and then park it back where it belongs with out even blinking and eye! Confident and proud. So many new and special experiences learnt here, thanks to Jared who takes the time to teach the boys these skills that they will have with them for life.Leia mais
