Impact Hub visit and Thai massage

Today we spent time at Impact Hub instead of WWF. Impact Hub is the other large NGO that Anne is working with for driving their innovation efforts. The nice folks there gave us a nice overview of all the activities they were doing in collaboration with the local communities, including a super interesting financial literacy program. Anne had brought a colleague from the WWF office and managed to facilitate a collaboration between the two offices for the months to come, as both organizations lacked the particular skill the other one could supply 😁

I went to run some errands while Anne and Likumbi checked out a locally run store that offered products sourced from local forests, but I'd been pushing some errands and could not join in unfortunately. We met up again a little later in a nice restaurant, where Anne and Likumbi were meeting with the founders of the local impact hub, a lovely couple with grand plans and ways to implement them.

From there we left together with Likumbi, who then dropped us off at a Thai massage place. I realized I had never had a Thai massage quite like that, but Anne, who had been to Thailand, said it was very close to the real deal in Thailand.
