It’s funny how basics things like having a kitchen becomes a luxury when you’ve lived in a van for so long. We booked a 2 bedroom apartment in the north of Calgary so it would be easy for Carmela coming south from Edmonton.
After they had been evacuated from Jasper 10days before they had been living in emergency accomodation. So some space was appreciated by all of us.
