few more pics. there is a 2nd north south road that Roman roads have called the cardus maximus. the ionic columns with trajans statue is the basilica. the forum would have an elevated platform for oratory to happen and it had a fountain behind the platform.....maybe to drown out the speaker??? the steps were quite high. and lots of daisy like flowers blooming.Leggi altro
