Camino oficial o alternativo?

In the beginning of my hike I had to decide between 2 Caminos:
The oficial route which was described as demanding due to its steep ascents and descents but worthwile with its beautiful views.
Or the alternative route which was basically described as...boring 🤣
Indeed I am feeling this "Official Route" all over my body. But definitely it was worth to select the more difficult trail.
