Day 3

Well today was pretty tough. The day started with a wonderful breakfast (homemade granola, yoghurt and banana, healthy smoothie, Mellow Yellow & coffee, of course!)
A morning Reiki session with the lovely Esther. A one and half hour session that went for two hours. I wasn’t too sure what to expect but I came away with more realizations about myself and some home truths that I haven’t dealt with from the past. Esther is a true healer! She is thoughtful and comforting and reassuring through every aspect of the session. I’m so happy that I booked this session!

My afternoon was spent with treatments (body scrub & manicure) and then an afternoon by the pool and a nanna nap before dinner. After an emotional morning I was ready for an early night to recharge and be ready for a new day.Read more
