We arrived yesterday at 4:30pm. Our flight was late leaving Melbourne so we were an hour late getting into Denpasar. Our lovely driver, Suriarni, was waiting patiently and with a beaming smile on his face. I love how nothing fazes the Balinese people.
After almost two hours of driving we arrived at Bliss Ubud. We were greeted by the lovely Christina in a warm embrace.
We got the general run-down of the place and then went for our first massage. Once again my therapist, Aya, was amazing! Then a quick shower ready for a Bliss dinner. The food is totally delicious and created with care and love.
An early night followed for this tired and weary body.
Looking forward to my first full day of doing nothing tomorrow.Meer informatie

Well today was pretty tough. The day started with a wonderful breakfast (homemade granola, yoghurt and banana, healthy smoothie, Mellow Yellow & coffee, of course!)
A morning Reiki session with the lovely Esther. A one and half hour session that went for two hours. I wasn’t too sure what to expect but I came away with more realizations about myself and some home truths that I haven’t dealt with from the past. Esther is a true healer! She is thoughtful and comforting and reassuring through every aspect of the session. I’m so happy that I booked this session!

My afternoon was spent with treatments (body scrub & manicure) and then an afternoon by the pool and a nanna nap before dinner. After an emotional morning I was ready for an early night to recharge and be ready for a new day.Meer informatie
