Belfast ship-building history is legendary, especially as the home of the Titanic. Their Titanic Experience museum is amazing and recognized as one of the top tourist attractions in the world. It deserves that accolade, after almost 3 hours inside and a side visit to the SS Nomadic which served as a tender for the Whlte Star Line cruise ships, including the Titanic. It was also a mine-sweeper and a troop carrier in WWI and WWII followrd by life as a restaurant in Paris.
