The Rainy Day

Today was forecast to be rainy.

We walked to the visitor centre of Lucca. On the way we went past the mint museum and we thought it might be something interesting. We had to run into the Visitor centre because it started pouring down.

We had to wait in the centre for over an hour before we could leave without getting drenched.

We then met Stijn at a restaurant. It sold pizzas and pastas. It was called the Varrone Pasta. They made their own pasta at the front.

We then went home while Stijn and Papa went to the beach to explore. They got very lucky because it got sunny and turned into a lovely day. Now we know where to go swimming later this week.
