Dinner at Villa Carolina

Emanuela taught us how to make Ravioli alla Caprese (from nearby Island of Capri) and we had it for dinner. Met a pleasant couple Joanne and Arthur from New Jersey who had rented a car and there was a mix up in their booking and other adventures. Very pleasant.
