Royal Cancun Week 1

We all arrived on a staggered schedule. Doug arrived on our Saturday check-in day. His flight on budget Flair was the only one on time, go figure. So he had to wait in La Palapa until our room was ready at 5:30 (such a hardship). John and Beth had their flight delayed first by an hour, then further by another half hour, but got in around dinner on Sunday. Nancy rescheduled her flight to stay to assist Laura, and scheduled to get here Monday evening, but a two wait on the tarmac put her arrival at the resort after 11pm. All here safely and sound and looking forward to a tropical break!

The Royal Cancun is as peaceful and perfectly maintained as always. Tuesday was a trip to the supermarket to get our fridge stocked, then a few days to relax.
