Friday in Dublin

Made it back to Dublin, checked in to our new fancy hotel. We explored the city and surprised Matt with a Jameson whiskey tour. The tour included learning the history of Jamison, how it’s made, whiskey tasting and entering the maturation room with the casks where flash photography locks you in and sucks the oxygen out of the room in 30seconds. The strongest whiskey we tried was 63.4% (127.8 proof). Capped the night off with the club in the downstairs of our hotel (very convenient!) we learned if you spill its mopped instantly!
