Melbourne to San Francisco

Scott and I had set the alarm for 5am as I wanted to make sure I was tired when boarding the plane to ensure I slept. We decided to take Lou for a walk along the beach before quickly organising our bags and leaving. After our walk Dad said he would drive us to the airport. At 7:30am we left for the airport and arrived an hour later. The queue to check in our bags was really long, and the couple in front of us said that the United Airlines systems weren’t working and they had to check in everyone manually.

The line took at least an hour, and once through passport control, there was only 10 minutes before our flight boarded. We quickly walked through Duty Free before finding our gate and waited to board.

We sat down in our seats, Scott in the aisle and I was in the middle. The plane flight went quite well, Scott and I snoozed at the start and after dinner we made sure to try and sleep. Throughout the flight I watched the second and third Bad Boys movies and The Idea of You to pass the time.

We arrived on time in San Francisco, went through customs and then grabbed our bags. We headed to the Uber terminal and caught an Uber to the hotel.Meer informatie
