Mount Pio: Christian pilgrim path

We went up a mountain. More precisely, a pilgrim path. A path mainly elderly Filipinos use to get to a Christian shrine on top of mount Pio.

I can't wrap my head around how they are able to do that hike. Elderly Filipinos must be so badass. Going up that hill in flip flops / slippers (I would recommend different shoes than the slippers I used). The path was very steep, muddy and slippery. We managed to reach the top but we know how to climb, we're young and fit.
