A great farewell dinner last night with the fam. The kabobs were delicious and included chicken and pineapple skewers, and pepper, onions and tomatoes. Grilled pineapple is the best! Yum. The recipe for the marinade was so good. I attached a picture of their recipe card 😊.

Sadly I left my Mount Dora family this morning.

Big Bird appeared again before breakfast to say goodbye. Such a sight!

It was hard to say goodbye. In fact I’m pulled into a rest area right now to collect my emotions. Thank you Tom, Suzie and family. I love you. Thank you for making me feel so welcome and loved. See you again soon. I miss you already!

Now heading to my long lost cousin’s house in Valrico FL to create more lasting memories. It’s been over 50 years.
