Leaving the alps behind

First blue sky morning in quite awhile. Even a hot air balloon out enjoying the sunshine. Nice ride through Slovenian countryside as the alps receded and the forested hillsides returned. Lunch by a nice, but unswimable river. Opted to go around Ljubljana. Found some nice bike paths, keeping us out of traffic. Last uphill and ‘had to’ stay in a guesthouse as no campgrounds around.Læs mere
