    Siri Wattana Market

This local market in the Chang Phueak neighborhood of Chiang Mai is a gem for food lovers.
The Sai Oua vendor is a local star and has received citywide recognition for making some of the best sai oua sausages in Chiang Mai.

The Chiang Mai sausages were moist, full of flavor and with the right amount of fat and pork. We couldn’t believe.

We try also a very nice desert made with merengue and Coconut.

These limestone rocks are overgrown and surrounded by beautiful green lush jungle in which special animals and birds like gibbons and hornbills live. Wild elephants are also still seen here.
In these beautiful surroundings you can swim, canoe, relax, make jungle treks to waterfalls, caves and spend the night in raft houses

  • Koh Phi Phi - Maya Bay Beach - Bamboo Be

    January 16, 2022 in Thailand ⋅ ⛅ 29 °C

Koh Phi Phi is an absolute must of Thailand. It’s most well known for being the gateway to Maya Bay.

We stay at the Hotel The Beach Resort and was very nice, price more or less 65 euros.
    Visited:
    - Bamboo Beach, I was there before with Rossana and it was more beautiful
    - Monkey Beach, is beautiful but we didn't see the Monkeys in water.
    - The Lagoon of Maya Beach is wonderful
    - Maya Beach is just stonned, só só beautiful

The best beach spots in Koh Phi Phi are actually not in the main island which is called Koh Phi Phi Don. This island is where locals live and where you’ll stay. In fact Maya Bay is on a smaller island called Koh Phi Phi Leh which is protected, so there is no accommodation or infrastructure.

    - SeaSky is a restaurant in a 5 star resort but has beautiful and delicious food, go for the starters, is very price.

    - Kindee with a Asian Fusion kitchen was our favourite restaurant with everything delicious from the starter till the main course, the price was cheap for what you get. Just in front of the hotel Casa Blanca.

    - Pinto is the restaurant name in the Old Town and if you go there is the best Thai Food that we saw in Kao Lanta, try the Clams (is just wonderful).

  • Koh Lipe

    January 23, 2022 in Thailand ⋅ ⛅ 28 °C

My top reason to visit Koh Lipe though, is the color of the sea. I’ve never seen such a beautiful range of turquoises and greens in the sea water all within the same area.

Koh Lipe is a small island located in the southern Thailand’s at Satun Province near the Thailand/Malaysia border. It belongs to the Adang-Rawi Archipelago, situated on the outskirts of the Tarutao National Marine Park. Originally only inhabited by Sea Gypsies, the Chao Ley who gave the island its name – Koh Lipe means Paper Island in Chao Ley.
Sunset Beach (west), Sunrise Beach (east), and Pattaya Beach (south) are the three main beaches of Koh Lipe.

We stay at Castaway Resort without air conditioner and pay 1600,00 bath, it was very very nice with nice and friendly personal, we highly recommend. Another very good alternative is the Lipe Resort with air conditioner and front sea view.
