Day off - hike

We had a day off of rehearsing and performing so the musicians scattered to various places. I spent a couple of morning hours hiking up the mountain past Assisi. I didn’t go all the way to the hermitage tucked away towards the top but it was a nice if difficult hike! Very steep and rocky. Lovely shade in the trees, and when there was a break in those trees, a beautiful view down to the valley.Read more
