Arrived in Biarritz

Camino Day 1

Began in Saint Jean Pied de Port and walked to Roncesvalles. About 16 miles - 42,000 steps and 8 hours of walking.
A Little Bit of Roncesvalles

No Laundry or Pharmacy in this tiny town so we are having a SUPER early dinner by Spanish standards (6:30pm) and then going to bed early!!
Camino Day 2

Reached Zubiri at about 3pm after our 9am start. We walked 14.5 miles today - 36k steps!
Camino Day 3 - To Pamplona

Made it to one of Hemingway’s favorite towns! We walked 13 miles to get to Pamplona and, after walking around the city, we are at 16mi and 41k steps!

Made it to Puente La Reina

40k steps, 16.7mi and we are here ! it was a hard and rainy day, very steep. Puente La Reina is a cool town with only 2800 people - but it’s only a 15 min drive to Pamplona. So although it feelsLue lisÀÀ
more of Puente La Reina before we leave

We had a yummy (late) dinner last night and we are having tortilla this morning before walking Auntie Erin’s last day.
Last Day of Walking for Auntie :(

Made it to Estella, which is probably my favorite city besides Pamplona thus far. Walked about 16.7 miles today with weather that was very indecisive about what it wanted to be.
13.6 Miles to Los Arcos

Burgos ! Burgos ! Burgos !
