On our way back into Da Lat we stopped at a Rice Wine Maker. This man produces rice wine, snake wine, dead bird wine, coffee, honey and so much more!
The process of making the wine was explained and then we got to try....70% alcohol and it tasted like it too 🤮 they distill it 3 times and mix it which brings down the alcohol content to around 20-35% in the final product.
This is a common drink around here with the producer drinking about a litre a day. Work hard, play hard!
