Firenze Tour

Getting acquainted with our new home stretches onward as we tour the city of Florence! We went to Palazzo Vecchio (home of the Florentine Government) along with the Church of Santa Croce. This was one of the prettiest cathedrals I have ever seen and I would pick it over the duomo any day. Almost enough to convince me to be catholic the aesthetic is just too good. I spent a lot of time praying in here! Loved it! Features tombs of Galileo, Machiavelli, and Dante!! All the famous Florentines! yet another day where i’m overstimulated by art and beauty in the best way!
shout out to our tour guide who was sweet tuscan man! he bought us coffee and gelato. Talked to us!! He said at the end we were the best and most respectful group who asked questions and listened🥹🥹 He said wouldn’t forget us for awhile, i’ll never forget him.
