Periyar

Mum took great delight in seeing tea with milk! The driver had a great laugh in connecting the dots of the cow munching in a tea plantation!

Of course being India at each stop there is all manner of shops in the most desolate and remote locations. We enjoyed chai and fruit pieces at one stop. The best shop hands down was little store at the top of a rock in the middle of literal nowhere. The man sitting on the rock had so much charm in his smile we just had to take a photo! We passed some workers on our way and Stanley got to shoot a gun at balloons. All in all a very fun trip! Czytaj więcej
