Up, up and away!

This morning was incredible. We not only went up in a hot air balloon but we did this during sunrise over Jaipur's countryside. The experience was amazing for the both of us; not as scary as we imagined but peaceful and mesmerising. What made the whole thing even more brilliant was we landed in a village and were greeted by all the villagers who came out to see us including a lot of happy waving children. The owner of the land thought we had flown the hot air balloon all the way from England! We then travelled to Tordi Sagar, a remote village in India. We went on a jeep ride around the area which included drinking Chai (now a favourite) overlooking a small lake and was completed by watching the sunset from the top of the sand dunes.
