Israel's Promised Land

On the flight, I was reminded of God's promised inheritance of land to the 12 sons of Jacob (later God changed Jacob's name to Israel in Genesis 32:28). "And I will fix your boundary from the Red Sea to the sea of the Philistines (the Mediterranean Sea), and from the wilderness to the River Euphrates..." Exodus 23:31.
Today, Israel is approximately 250 miles long and 75 miles wide. For more than 3,000 years, Israel has been the center of worship, conquest, devastation, and rebuilding.Читать далее
