Beautiful Scenery

The train travels on a narrow-gauge which is why takes 9 hours to cover just over 290 km. We are travelling at around 24 mph slow and steady wins the race.

The spectacular Swiss mountain scenery unfolds as we pass through the little townships and the mountains. Where to look, I think we have to do this again in the winter with snow everywhere.

We did stop occasionally so people could get on and off but not long enough to investigate the villages.Read more
